After serving many years in many capacities, Mr. Williams and others started to see, feel and understand that there were many voids in many areas of education. Having to sit through boring professional development classes that did not speak much to subjects pertinent to real educators, classes not diverse in culture and current modalities and realities, combined with the constant feel of disconnect from educator to administration, coupled with never feeling able to help the reason for it all, our students; Educate Empower Elevate LLC. went from being a thought, to a well-expressed labor of love and consideration for the profession many love so dearly, education.
